Shipping policy

Orders placed between 12am and 4pm EST Monday through Friday are typically processed on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend ship on the next available business day. Please allow for up to 10 days to process sale items and promotions as they are sometimes a little harder to locate. 

Free 3-7 day Domestic Shipping on all orders at or above $250 USD placed in the Continental US. Some exclusions apply. 

All special launch items may be excluded from free shipping.

Large orders (with multiples of the same item) or "bot" orders are subject to cancellation. 

Shipping fees may accrue for qualifying large orders

To qualify for free shipping your order must be over $250.00 USD before taxes and fees. Our free shipping option is USPS or UPS Ground only (3-7 business days). Free shipping may be excluded during special sales, on special releases, dates, and promotions.
